And this is exactly why I need Center Ice in my life.
I'm 17 years of age, and I live with my parents. I still am in high school. I think when I tail it out of here, or I finally get a job, I am going to help pay for some NHL Network/a Center Ice package, because this is awful. I mean, what the hell, I can't even watch the Sabres play on their road trip out west in late January? Four games in a row that I have to listen to is going to kill me. I hate listening to the radio for games because I can't see what's going on. I need to have a visual sense of the game otherwise my adrenaline goes up way too much and I think I'm going to have a heart attack in my young life. Throw me a bone here, NHL.
Oh, and even though this has nothing to do with hockey, I hate my band instructor. I'm so glad that everyday he finds something to yell at the drummers for. We're always the ones that get ousted and made fun of. I'd like to tell those trumpet players that say we suck everyday to take my drum for the parade in Toronto, and I'll play their music because it's not like they do much anyways compared to us. Band should not be stressful like this.
Thank God the boys play tomorrow. I was about to lose my mind.

MSG isn't going to be carrying some of the away games in January? Why??
After the All Star break comes and goes, these games will not be televised:
Tue Jan 27, 2009 Sabres Oilers
Wed Jan 28, 2009 Sabres Flames
Sat Jan 31, 2009 Sabres Coyotes
Mon Feb 2, 2009 Sabres Ducks
I honestly have no idea why, but I was so upset when I saw it on the schedule. ):
Scratch that, they WILL be televised, but just not on MSG.
Well, that's bullshit! I just checked it out and only one of those games will be on the NHL Network (which I have). But I don't have Center Ice so I won't be able to watch the other three.
Lucy, you got some splainin' to do...
I need to have my parents invest in the NHL Network. I would put it to good use, certainly, but I might not leave the couch for a whole day/night.
