It's not at all legitimate. They had a spam voting program, and now they blocked it off by putting in a 'enter this code' type thing.Damn cheaters.
I would love it if the league just took off all of the Habs that are on the ballot this year. That would teach the fans.Unfortunately, the league isn't that bright now awesome to do such a thing, damn.
